GRIT 123 is free to you, a five day course in building the foundation of grit and resilience! While this is a lifelong journey, there are things that you can put in practice TODAY to set you on the path– and step one is making the commitment to this program.

Before you receive your first emails to kick off the course, beginning today, I want you to find your journal, or a piece of paper, and write these words: I COMMIT. Say the words aloud. I COMMIT. 

COMMIT to yourself to take the short time each day to showing up and moving through the exercises. COMMIT to setting your own foundation for grit and resilience. COMMIT to putting yourself first, so you can give your best to your work and the world around you.

We’re going to introduce ideas and tactical exercises that are discrete but powerful. Commitment and consistency are key.
